Ultra Music has a knack for taking on some of the most gifted up-and-coming producers (think Kygo) and Samuraii is no exception. The 21-year-old producer’s latest work “Changed My Mind” is his second single on the influential label and showcases his perfectly captivating sound.
It’s the brilliant blend of electronic beats along with an intertwined pop melody that has been rounded off with Loote’s vocal tones – Samuraii says: “To have Loote feature on it feels a bit surreal since I’ve been a big fan of what they’re doing since ‘High Without Your Love’ came out. It seems like Emma’s voice can’t help but connect with people and I’m hoping this song will somehow leave an imprint on your day or life, even in the smallest way.”
The Stockholm-based producer first gained traction when he started remixing tunes from the likes of Tove Lo, Matoma, and Astrid S, totaling over 35 million streams as a teenage producer. Now he’s set to continue his success carving out his own niche – take a listen to “Changed My Mind” now.
