New York native brothers Anthony and Chris Alfaro also known as YOOKiE, have secured themselves as one of the most gripping rising acts in bass music.
Supported by their peers for their unprecedented production and unique sound, YOOKiE have united with the likes of Zeds Dead, Slander, Sullivan King, Nitti Gritti, Wooli, Kompany, Black Tiger Sex Machine, and more.
They’ve played on some of the biggest bass music stages in North America including EDC Las Vegas, Ever After Music Festival, Lost Lands, and Bass Canyon, and have played shows all over the world from Australia to New Zealand, China, and Japan.
YOOKiE were the first to release an EP on Excision’s Subsidia label, they released a colossal collaboration with Zeds Dead in 2020. In 2021 they brought in the heat with Bubble Bass. Now, off to a roaring start in 2022, their hit with BTSM was an immediate SLAP. They absolutely massacred their edit of Acraze- Do It To It are their recent BDB with Calcium at Excisions Thunderdome. The latest that’s come out of these guys is sure to be played on repeat by every basshead and trap queen for months to come, GRiME SHT is their filthiest yet.
GRiME SHT is YOOKiEs official WAKAAN debut off their anticipated EP, WOOKiE slated for this Spring. Taking a new and different approach, incorporating their own vocals from start to finish fans are treated to a YOOKIE special from beginning to end. GRiME is the perfect potion of Bass and Trap, the anthem song that should be taken seriously. The perfect walkout song for any MMA fighter or fan who means business. The single has also been shown love from Label Boss, Liquid Stranger, during his legendary ‘‘Spaghetti Time’ while out on the road.
