Sounding super sharp right now on Ultra Music is a new set of remixes, both based around “Do It Like Me” (Icy Feet) from UK house/bass producer TCTS. With the original featuring Kelis and Sage The Gemini getting plenty of online love already, TC and Melé present their various versions this week.
Bristol hailing TC is known for his unstoppable energy in D&B production, and his bootlegs of tunes by the likes of Becky Hill and Jess Glynne have really helped push him into the spotlight. Here, his remix is tight and bursting with striking rhythmicality, taking up the pace in his unique style.
Melé completes the second edit with a mega cool, bass-laced effort, capturing red heat in its bass line and pushing those smooth vocals to the forefront.
