Progressive Trap? Luke Shay Remixes The XX In Grand Fashion

This is for those of you who happen to rue trap music but love some progressive house, in my attempt to cast a bit of light over those sizzling snares you hate so much. Virginia Beach resident Luke Shay offers up a progressive trap, almost festival trap-ish, remix of The XX’s Intro. Shay’s edit of the original speaks to his volumes for his development and vision, a reflection of his passion for both progressive house and trap music’s recent brigade onto the scene.

Luke has been producing trap as of late and his remix of Calvin Harris x Ellie Goulding’s I Need Your Love amassed over 75,000 views across multiple channels of the intrawebz. Although he has witnessed success at this level, his true passion is house music which is evident throughout this piece.
