Tiësto’s success as one of the leading dance music superstars throughout different eras can largely be attributed to his ability to innovate as an artist. I guess that’s lead him to learn that music labels too much be open to change.
Musical Freedom will be releasing the Trap Remix EP on July 30 with four separate remixes of some of the biggest tracks the label has put out thus far. By not limiting the label to one genre or the other, it’s truly living up to its name of “Musical Freedom”.
Tiësto has been a fan of trap since the early stages, notably dropping Hardwell – Spaceman (Carnage Festival Trap Remix) into his set a few times early on. The EP from Musical Freedom puts his full support behind a genre that’s been considered questionable by most dance music pundits.
Tracklist:
- Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike & GTA ft Wolfpack – “Turn It Up (Pelari Trap Remix)”
- Sandro Silva & Quintino – “Epic (Luminox Remix)”
- R3hab & ZROQ – “Skydrop (Ethyr Remix)”
- Tiësto & DJ Punish – “Shocker (Basscamp Remix)”
