It’s no secret why artists always bring their A-game to Ultra Music Festival — a single great performance can catapult their careers to the next level.
During Ultra 2012, UMFTV did a special featuring Hardwell, Zedd, Porter Robinson, and Nicky Romero, dubbing them as the next generation of star DJ’s. Recall, at this point, Hardwell was getting slotted for 3PM set times and Zedd hadn’t even released “Clarity”.
It’s very interesting to take a look back at this video from three years ago and to see the hunger, drive, and vision each of these four had to get them where they are now. Each of them share the mentality that hard work combined with passion can take an individual to great heights, and so far, they’ve proven themselves right.
