The world-renowned Ultra Music Festival is making a monumental return to Miami’s Bayfront Park for its 23rd edition. From Friday, March 24 to Sunday, March 26 of next year, there will be a spectacle of visual production, mind-blowing DJ sets, and more at the home base for UMF. One of Ultra’s greatest projects is its RESISTANCE segment which features the most-desired underground acts in dance music.
Building anticipation for Ultra Miami 2023, the music festival has dropped Phase 1 of its RESISTANCE lineup. This lineup will perform at two highly immersive stages: The Megastructure and The Cove. While The Megastructure has a technology-centered infrastructure, giving attendees sensory overload, The Cove displays an extraordinary view of Miami’s Biscayne Bay.
For their debut Ultra performance, Eric Prydz’s alter-ego Cirez D will go back-to-back with the notorious drumcode label boss Adam Beyer. Another sensational b2b on the lineup is Oliver Heldens and deadmau5 as their respective counterparts, HI-LO and Testpilot, for a global debut. Lastly, in regards to b2bs, Swedish techno-wizard Ida Engberg will join forces with Mary Jane Coles for their first festival performance together.
In addition to these breathtaking acts, Dirtybird founder and veteran DJ Claude VonStroke will be hosting a label takeover, along with Nicole Moudaber doing the same for her In The Mood. Other notable acts are Carl Cox’s mesmerizing hybrid performances, UK duo Camelphat, Afterlife label heads Tale Of Us, the massively worshipped Michael Bibi, brother duo Mathame, Illario Alicante, Joris Voorn, and more. With a lineup this incredible, RESISTANCE Miami 2023 is guaranteed to deliver the weekend of a lifetime.
