It’s safe to say that the banger trap craze of late 2015, early 2016 has balanced out into just another popular genre within dance music, making the artists who experienced it’s trending wave of success be able to be divided into successes and stagnation. Easily Blvk Sheep fits into the success side, he carved out his followers by blowing the lid off what people know as banger trap, going harder, farther, and bigger than that status quo was good with.
Blvk Sheep continues to put forth this forward thinking creative element into his music, this time in a more experimental trap frame with his remix of “Magellan (Blvk Sheep Remix)”. A twist on an UZ original that, imo, is more fun to listen to than the original. Again, Blvk Sheep achieves the perfect balance of a banger and innovation with “Magellan (Blvk Sheep Remix)”. Can’t wait to see this guy shine in 2017.
