WRR is pleased to premiere a new collaborative effort from Chicago’s Nunca Duerma and Ewokie Talkie. “Aura Blast” is a pulsating drum and bass track with spacey, interstellar inflection.
While some dnb can get high energy and aggressive, “Aura Blast” remains polar towards the lighter, more liquid side of the genre (yes even without vocals). The feeling is relaxation and the mood is quaint.
Nunca released his last EP, Dilated, through Eliot Lip’s Old Tacoma Records. His next release with Old Tacoma, Shapeshifter, has not been scheduled yet but should be due in the next few months.
