The XX – Chained [Monument Bootleg]

Introduction – Monument. DC resident and potentially your soon to be favorite non-household name in electro house. I’ve had the good nature of catching him tear up venues around the DMV area toting around hard hitting riffs and massive track to track energy in a backpack that doesn’t leave his site.

I digress from any upbeat talks for now though. The purpose of this post is to highlight Monument’s dulcet, chillwave remix of the XX’s brand new track ‘Chained‘; A transformation from his normal tendencies….change which makes this blissful production just that much more impressive. The track is labeled as indie house, however I challenge you all to create your own unique perception of genre.
