Zac Efron Gets DJ Lessons From Top Swedish Producer

Former “High School Musical” star Zac Efron is gearing up in full force for his new EDM-based movie titled,”We Are Your Friends”. To help prepare for his role, Efron garnered DJ lessons from world-class producer, Alesso.

Currently, fans’ reactions to the collaboration are mixed. Based on twitter responses, many fans are ecstatic that the duo are working together, while others are disappointed that Alesso would involve himself in this project.

Zac Efron hit it big time as a Disney Channel star in the mid 2000’s. He’s been featured in several films since then but has struggled to match his early success. Through his social media activity, it’s clear that he’s all in on making “We Are Your Friends” his first blockbuster in nearly a decade.

Until early reviews come out, the film will receive similar skepticism to the EDM reality show which was supposed to air last year. “We Are Your Friends” is slated to hit theaters in early 2015.
