Ansolo and Maxum met hanging out at Ultra Music Festival in 2015. After banding together at the young ages of 21 and 18 respectively, the two began working on their first release “Yin Yang”. With Ansolo being on set for the Divergent series movie Allegiant in Atlanta, the two had to work via Skype between takes. This resulted in Sander van Doorn’s well know label DOORN Records picking up what became the twosome’s first track together.
“Yin Yang” is full of electro-esuqe baselines and funky riffs that will make the dance floor sweat in clubs around the globe. The rolling electro house grooves and subtle melodic hooks will help bring everyone together when the tune comes to a drop. The talented actor Ansel “Ansolo” Elgort from The Fault in Our Stars and Nick “Maxum” Henriques showcased another one of their many skills with this record. Be on the look out for more hits from these two in the future and in the meantime find your zen with this hot summer track.
