Fatboy Slim still has it. Hell, he’s never missed a beat and is probably responsible for enthralling some of our parents at one point in the past. Norman Cook has proved that he can and will remain relevant, influencing multiple generations with his big beat, high energy dance furry.
It’s amazing to see someone who manages to grow with a scene for decades while continuously generating a demand for his music. As edm develops, we see many producers and dj’s fall off in popularity and interest simply because they can’t deliver to the desires of a new audience. Fatboy Slim marries his old school roots with just the right touch of new school bliss. This is one of the best sets of Ultra weekend 1.
