Nicole Moudaber has been chosen to remix Depeche Mode’s latest release ‘Cover Me’ ahead of her North America Fall 2017 tour. The track, originally from the English electronic band’s album Spirit has been transformed into a new wave piece of art, merging the dark and sticky techno Nicole Moudaber is known for. As the ‘Cover Me’ remix gets dirtier, this moody and synthetic sound is perfect for an underground warehouse club night, so get ready to sing along to the provocative lyrics and dance to the heavy-hitting baseline.

“A few years ago, I hung out with Martin Gore in London and at his country house in England,” Moudaber revealed to Billboard. “I never thought back then I’d be working with Depeche Mode one day. Depeche were such a huge part of my life growing up, I’m a massive fan and it’s a tremendous honour to work on a remix for them. Being able to work with Dave Gahan’s vocals in the studio and drape them in hypnotic techno was really special for me and I’ve experienced some really magical moments playing the remix out in clubs around the world.”
Nicole Moudaber’s six US dates will also see her host and curate her branded Nicole Moudaber Presents MoodZONE stage at Insomniac’s Escape Halloween. Having also premiered a mini-documentary on Huffington Post, Nicole Moudaber is definitely an unstoppable force in the world of EDM. Starting off in Austin, Texas at Kingdom on October 27th, she will then host her MoodZONE stage at Insomniac’s Escape over Halloween weekend in San Bernadino. The lineup for this consists of the biggest and best in techno: Chris Liebing, DJ Tennis, Pan-Pot, Paco Osuna, Shmitty and Lauren Lane. Moudaber will then pick up her tour on November 10 with shows in Chicago, Miami, Detroit, and Goldrush Music Festival in Arizona.
Nicole Moudaber will also be heading over to Budapest’s Cinema Hall, Empoli’s MIND CLUB, Valencia’s Palmeres Festival, Ibiza’s Circoloco Closing, Amsterdam’s Awakenings, Madrid’s FABRIK, Turin’s Movement Festival, Glasgow’s SWG3, London’s Printworks and at Vietnam’s Epizode Festival.
